本規約は、株式会社Lavique（以下「当社」）が Instagram・LINE・ウェブサイトを通じて提供する資料配布、ご案内、講座・オンラインコンテンツ（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

These terms govern the use of materials, information, courses and online content provided by Lavique Inc. via Instagram, LINE and our websites ("the Services").

1. 無料配布の資料について / Free materials

コメントやメッセージでお申込みいただいた型紙 PDF・動画等は、ご本人の制作・レッスンでご利用いただけます。資料そのもの、および限定公開動画の URL の再配布・転載・販売はご遠慮ください。

Free materials (e.g. pattern PDFs, videos) may be used for your own work and lessons. Please do not redistribute, repost or sell the materials or the unlisted video links.

2. 自動返信について / Automated replies

当社アカウントへのコメント・メッセージに対し、特定のキーワードを含む場合は自動でご案内を返信することがあります。自動返信を希望されない場合は、その旨をメッセージでお知らせください。

We may automatically reply to comments or messages that contain certain keywords. If you do not wish to receive automated replies, please tell us by message.

3. 有料講座・商品 / Paid courses and products

有料講座・商品の価格、お支払い方法、返品・返金等の条件は、各販売ページおよび特定商取引法に基づく表記に従います。

Prices, payment and refund conditions for paid courses and products follow each sales page and our legal notice.

4. 禁止事項 / Prohibited acts

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 当社・他の利用者・第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為

5. 免責・変更 / Disclaimer and changes

当社は、本サービスの内容を予告なく変更・終了することがあります。本規約は必要に応じて改定し、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
