Privacy Policy

株式会社Lavique（以下「当社」）は、ポーセラーツ教室「Porcelarts Salon Papillon」、オリジナル転写紙の販売、講座・オンラインコンテンツの提供、および Instagram・LINE を通じたご案内（以下「本サービス」）において取得する個人情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。

Lavique Inc. ("we") handles personal information obtained through our porcelain-art classes, transfer-paper shop, online courses, and our Instagram / LINE messaging services ("the Services") as described below.

1. 取得する情報 / Information we collect

• Instagram のコメント・ダイレクトメッセージを通じて当社アカウント（@papillon__ai 等）に送られた内容、Instagram のユーザー名および Instagram が発行する識別子（IGSID）
• LINE 公式アカウントの友だち追加時に LINE から提供される表示名・識別子、トーク内容
• お申込み・ご購入時にご入力いただく氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号

Comments and direct messages sent to our Instagram accounts, Instagram username and Instagram-scoped ID (IGSID); LINE display name, ID and messages; and name, email, address and phone number provided when you apply or purchase.

2. 利用目的 / How we use it

• コメントやメッセージで「型紙希望」などご希望をいただいた方へ、ご案内（資料・動画・LINE 登録リンク等）を自動または手動で返信するため
• レッスン・講座・商品のご案内、お問い合わせへの回答、ご注文の処理と発送のため
• サービス改善のための集計（個人を特定しない形）のため

To reply (automatically or manually) to people who request materials by comment or message, to provide information about our lessons, courses and products, to answer inquiries, to process and ship orders, and for anonymized statistics.

3. Meta（Instagram / Facebook）のデータについて / Data from Meta Platforms

当社は Meta の Instagram API を利用し、当社アカウントに届いたコメント・メッセージへの返信を行います。取得した情報は上記の目的にのみ利用し、販売・第三者への提供・広告目的での利用は行いません。データは返信処理と重複送信防止のため最大30日間保存し、その後自動的に削除します。

We use Meta's Instagram API only to reply to comments and messages sent to our own accounts. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising. Data is kept for up to 30 days for reply processing and duplicate prevention, then deleted automatically.

4. 第三者提供・委託 / Sharing

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。システムの運用にあたり、Cloudflare, Inc.（サーバー）、LINE ヤフー株式会社（LINE 公式アカウント）、Stripe, Inc.（決済）等のサービスを利用しており、必要な範囲でデータが処理されます。

We do not provide your data to third parties without consent except as required by law. We use service providers such as Cloudflare (hosting), LY Corporation (LINE), and Stripe (payments), which process data only as needed.
